We know business needs don’t stop just because you’re away from the office. That’s why we offer complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property, as well as a 24-hour business center with a computer station, printer and a quiet place to read. The business center is located on the 5th floor with inspiring views of the city.
PET FRIENDLY
We believe that your pet deserves to stay comfortably by your side.
When making your reservation, please let us know that you are traveling with your pet, as we have a designated floor for you. There will be an additional charge of $50 plus taxes to cover the cleaning of the room after your departure.
Please also note that well-behaved pets are welcome in our hotel; however, we cannot accept more than one pet per room. If any damage is caused to the hotel’s furnishings or floors, the pet owner will be held responsible. In addition, pets cannot be left unattended in the room. If this occurs, a penalty of $200 may be applied.

PARKING
Arriving in Montréal by car? Take advantage of our valet service for $35 + tax. It’s easy, secure, and convenient! Simply pull up to the hotel’s drop-off zone to use this service.
The drop-off area for Hôtel ZÉRO1 is located on Boulevard Saint-Laurent and Juliette-Béliveau Street. Please note that the drop-off area is limited to 15 minutes, and parking beyond this time is not permitted.
Vehicles equipped with studded tires are not allowed in the indoor parking garage. Please refer to the alternative options below.
You may also park your vehicle — including large vehicles or trucks — at nearby street meters or in surrounding public parking lots. One outdoor lot is located at the corner of Viger Street and Saint-Laurent Boulevard. The nearest indoor parking garages are at Place des Arts and Complexe Desjardins.
About the Valet Service
Please note that our valet service does not include vehicle retrieval or exit privileges, unless your stay is 48 hours or longer.
If you need to take your car out during your stay, an additional fee of $15 will apply.
INDOOR COURTYARD
Slow down and relax in our indoor courtyard. The perfect place for a quick email session, a relaxing moment or a good conversation with friends. Located in the heart of the building, next to the reception, this room is the perfect place to put time on hold before heading out to conquer Montreal.
PANORAMIC TERRACE
One of the best features at Hotel ZERO1 is our unique outdoor terrace. Featuring breathtaking views of downtown Montréal, our 5th floor Panoramic Terrace is the perfect place to relax on a warm day. Open daily from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. NON-smoking. The terrace can also be privatized for events. Please contact ventes@zero1-mtl.com
The terrace is closed during the winter months.

Keep up your good habits with our fitness room located on the 5th floor. Open 24 hours a day, it is equipped with all the sports equipment to make your session enjoyable and worthwhile! Enjoy the beautiful view of Montreal to motivate you and think about your post-gym outing!
