BREAKFAST
To maximize your experience, we suggest that you start the day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel restaurant. From 7:00 a.m., in a modern atmosphere, our team welcomes you with an excellent hot buffet. Adding breakfast to your stay is an efficient and tasty way to start your day in beautiful Montreal.
ACCESS TO THE BOTA BOTA SPA – PREFERENTIAL RATE
Complete your stay with a moment of well-being, thanks to Bota Bota! Take advantage of the water circuit or book a moment of pure relaxation with a massage or treatment. Spa Bota Bota offers preferential rates to ZÉRO1 hotel guests, valid upon presentation of proof of stay.
- 3h00 water circuit - Escale - special rate at $65 per person (regular rate at $90 per person)
- 3h00 water circuit - Escale + 60-minute massage (relaxation-Swedish or therapeutic) - special rate of $175 per person (instead of a maximum of $220)
- Massage or treatment only (valid on all types) - 15% discount on regular rate.

We know business needs don’t stop just because you’re away from the office. That’s why we offer complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property, as well as a 24-hour business center with a computer station, printer and a quiet place to read. The business center is located on the 5th floor with inspiring views of the city.
PET FRIENDLY
We believe that your pet deserves to stay comfortably by your side.
When making your reservation, please notify us that you are traveling with your pet. There will be an additional charge of $35, plus taxes, due to the cleaning of the room after your departure.
Please also note that well behaved pets are welcome in our hotel, but we cannot accept more than one pet per room. If damage is caused to the hotel's furnishings and floors, the pet owner will be held responsible. Also, the pet cannot stay unattended in the room, or you may be charged a penalty of $200.
The rules:
- Your dog must always remain on a leash inside our hotel.
- Your pet is not allowed in the restaurant, the lunch area and the fitness room.
- The owner of the animal is responsible for the cleaning up after their dog, whether inside or outside the hotel.
PARKING
Arriving in Montréal by car? Opt for our valet parking service at the rate of $35 + taxes. Easy, safe and convenient! Meet us at the hotel's loading zone to take advantage of this service.
The loading zone for the Hotel ZERO1 guests is on Boul. St-Laurent or Juliette Béliveau Street. Please note that this is a 15-minute drop-off and pick-up zone only. No parking or waiting of is allowed in the drop-off area. Also note that it is not possible for us to park a big truck as the ceiling of the interior parking is too low, therefore for big trucks, please look at the additional parking options proposed.
Additional parking options are the meters on the streets (about $3 per hour) or outdoor public parking lots around the hotel. One is located at the corner of Viger Ave and St-Laurent Boul. These outside self serve parking lots can accommodate big trucks. Other indoor parking lots are located at the Place des Arts, or at the Complexe Desjardins, both located one block away from our Hotel. INDOOR COURTYARD
Slow down and relax in our indoor courtyard. The perfect place for a quick email session, a relaxing moment or a good conversation with friends. Located in the heart of the building, next to the reception, this room is the perfect place to put time on hold before heading out to conquer Montreal.
PANORAMIC TERRACE
One of the best features at Hotel ZERO1 is our unique outdoor terrace. Featuring breathtaking views of downtown Montréal, our 5th floor Panoramic Terrace is the perfect place to relax on a warm day. Open daily from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. NON-smoking. The terrace can also be privatized for events. Please contact ventes@zero1-mtl.com
The terrace is closed during the winter months.
GYM
Keep up your good habits with our fitness room located on the 5th floor. Open 24 hours a day, it is equipped with all the sports equipment to make your session enjoyable and worthwhile! Enjoy the beautiful view of Montreal to motivate you and think about your post-gym outing!
